Sir ihave applied for marriage registration at marrage ooffice raipur on 14 feb 2010 but and beng resident of distt. balaghat information regarding my is mandatory for display at notice board at marriage office balaghat, and a certificate has ro be issued from the marriageoffice balaghat after that we can perform marriage and for this i have to visit from raipur to balaghat personely and after waiting for whole day in the evening igot the same after giving 500/- to babu.
