Bribe paid for Audiometry test

I R.K.********** have paid bribe of Rs 300 for Audiometry test of my mother to Accountant of Distric disable rehablitation centre Gorakhpur , I have written DM & Commissioner Gorakhpur for action ,but I regret that action is still awaited & administration is not sensetive about this.
