I was on my way to work on my bike when the officer stopped me, he told me I would have to pay Rs. 8000 or he'll sieze my bike and I have to go to court or I pay him Rs. 3000 (after bargaining) without receipt.
My bike is registered to Gujarat and I don't have the NOC for registration in Pune.
