This guy Sundar gets bribe like hell, since every boiler and its related component manufacturer companies in Tamilnadu has to go to this guy for approvals of plant plans and other approvals. Upon this approval companies get orders from their clients. Companies give lot of money and at times companies go to his home to bribe him. He is sitting in this seat for longtime by bribing the higher authorities I think so. But if vigilance can arrive to his office once it will be very easy to catch hold of him.
