Bribe paid to get Police verification document

It was sometime around Dec, 2010 when I had gone to Kurar Police Station at Malad(East) to get a Police verification document which was required to be submitted to my apartments' society. The officer in charge of doing this verification, did the required but at the end asked to deposit Rs. 200 as processing fees. No receipt was also given to me.
