I paid bribe of 10000 rupees for stampduty and registration. Officials were asking govt approval plan original copy and some other 2 documents. This were the documents which were never ever given to me by original owner or builder. For 2 days they did not entertain me for my any queries. after i paid 10000 rs bribe, they took the zerox of all missing documents from other person file registered in same vicinity and registered my apartment.
