I had to pay Rs.500 bribe at pune station when I brought my two-wheeler from out of state, through railway parcel service. The parcel boys are the agents, who collect bribe and share with police men. They will give silly reasons like, "your vehicle had petrol in its tank, so you must pay Rs.2000 fine. Else give me 500, I'll manage".
