Bribe for Registering A Property

Hi,

I was required to bribe Rs. 5000 along with Registration fee and government taxes for a property that I bought in February 2011. The builder had advised us to bring cash during the registration and had takeen an appointment beforehand so that the registration happens quickly.

I was in Pune only for 4 days as I came from a different city for the Registration.

Without the bribe the registration wouldn't have happened. *******
