I along with all people are being forced to shell out a good some of money to get their flats/houses etc converted from lease hold to free hold.I had paid Rs.51000 extra over and above the required amount of Rs.173400 which works out to about 30% bribe paid to,Mr Sharma,one of the several touts under the tutelage of DDA staff.There is no way of avoiding this if you wish for conversion of your property from lease hold to free hold!!!you take it or leave it is the attidude.Regret very much.
