BRIBE FOR REPORTING A CRIME

• Paid INR 400

My bike was stolen in gurgaon.when i went to nearest police station at first they refused to file an FIR
later the SI used all sorts of abusive words and said that it is my falut because of which bike is stolen.then the constable asked for 400 to file FIR and above that when i wnet to take the FIR copy the incharge asked for more money just to put police station stamp on the photo copy.
what can be done to stop this nuisance.
