Bribe of Rs.300 was collected and termed as verification 'FEEs'

I went to the Rajajinagar police station for identity verification in order to get my passport. The Inspector shamelessly demanded the 'FEEs' to which I replied naively that I had already paid all the relevant fees by DD to the passport office. To this he replied that there was another fees which he collects to sign the approval form.
