A deed was supposed to be registered ,we tried to take a electronic token which faied.So we went to registrar office at Family court bldg, for getting token an agent said that "sahib na dya kaam hoil"my father was to go to other state hence we were in hurry. the agent took some Rs 10,000/- for getting the work done.I have seen with my eyes Sub registrar's Drawer was full of 1000/-,500/- notes. Need to stop this.
