Bribe Taken for preparation of Domesille Certificate

The right and procedure of making domesille certificate was followed in a COURT. The same work is been shifted to Tehsil Office. The reason of doing so was corruption. But in tehsil Daar office still the bribe taking work is still going on!!!
The keep on rejecting our application by removing some or the other fault. Helplessly I was forced to give bribe of Rs2000/-
The system is not at all proper. we have to stand in a long Que and till i turn come after 4hours the shutter is down. 99% applications are been rejected a day. I am a student. Time is money for me. I wasted my 2weeks for it, finally had to bribe them.
