I was going to my uncle's house in my car. near to tirumalgiri (exact location name i am not sure) fruit market, i have got call and i received. traffic inspector saw that and he stopped me. I told i will pay challan. But he was reluctant to write the challan and he was its 1000 rupees if they write the challan. otherwise give 150 as bribe. I argued with him that it wont be 1000 rupees. i took my car keys and he is not accepting the challan. atlast i have given 100/- and left.
I felt sad for even i am ready to pay challan, he dint allow me to pay. He just wants the bribe.
