I paid a bribe of 8000/- to village accountant Sharanaiah from Anavatti hobli, Sorab taluk, Shimoga district, Karnataka in order to transfer or register my name after my father's demise on our agricultural lands. Mr. Sharanaiah, a village accountant working in the limits of Anavatti hobli and Huruli grama panchayat demanded a bribe of 15000 in order to do the job as otherwise realized that I shouldn't have to pay if I had approached taluk office directly.
