BRIBED FOR GETTING A PASSPORT FOR MY SON IN TATKAL PASSPORT SERVICE

My wife went to the Passport authority office in hyderabad to apply for the new passport for my son 3 month old in Tatkal service. Initially they have rejected her application at the counter because my name is not mentioned in my wife passport. Later on the same day afternoon when my borther approach them they have demanded 4000/- INR to accept the applicatoin. since then it has been 2 months now still they have not processed the application for my sons passport. Last week my brother approached them to follow up, they still demanding more money to process it with the documents and he paid antoher 2000/-. Even Local police office who have visited the house for enquiry have demanded 500/- INR to send the report quickly to the passport authority.
Despite of paying the bribe on demand offcially, the file is not being process.
Its a shame to pay the bribe but we have not option left other then to pay the bribe demanded by these officals, other wise, they will not process your file/ application.
