Cops refused to register for a lost mobile stating variety of reasons. They asked for number of documents before the FIR can be registered. Upon insisting that I want to register any how, they asked for 200 Rs bribe INSIDE the police station.

Why should Indian Citizens bother to stop lost mobiles/SIM slipping over to *******
