I was traveling back from Goa after my vacation. I got bottle of goan fenny which costed me 70Rs. I asked for license and shop owner said it is not needed if I am carrying only one bottle. When I came to Karnataka border, police said I am not suppose to carry fenny and it is not allowed at all. I told him to seize it and I was ready to pay fine as I did not know. He then asked me to pay 100Rs. I thought it is fine and paid 100Rs. Then i asked for receipt, he said you can carry fenny. I said I don't want to carry it, but I want receipt. He then shouted and told me to take fenny and leave. Fenny costed me 70Rs. where in I bribed 100Rs. just to carry it illegally!!!!!!
