I went for collect vehicle regd. certificate from RTO.I fill up form & signed . After submit , They told that you will get by post within some working dayy. I didnt get after checking with postal dept . After one month i went to RTO office , I inquired my file . They dumped that file in cupboard . They told that did give cash , They take submit time itself. after conformation . I collect from RTO only withinn hour....

Note: If i didnt go to after one month .Think where is my file location .
