Around 1 yr back when i was getting my passport made i had to go for a police verification to the station and the female sitting on the desk post all the talk asked me chai pani thinking she was asking me i said i don't want any...then she specified she wants to be bribed..beat it.. i paid her rs.100 to finish the procedure !!
