Charged 400INR saying pillion rider did not wear helmet.

Suranjandas road, 1:18pm 21-feb-2018.
Traffic police stopped me and my wife. Said that pillion rider wasn't wearing a helmet and charged 400INR.
This was from Jeevan Bhima nagar traffic police station.
