I happened to stop on one side of the road, there was a police patrolling van behind my car and the driver was honking the horn continuously. Somehow i didn't notice the vehicle and the angry rude cop got down and took away my license. On insisting what was the reason i m being charged for, he rudely replied "Can you not hear" and he went away with my license, since i had to catch a flight next day, i paid rs.100 and got out of the mess. He scribbled vague charges and took the receipt.
