Clerks gets bribe while paying the LLR amount and taking photo

In udumalpet RTO office the clerks gets bribe like when you pay the LLR application amount , they ask for 100Rs and dont return the balance and if you ask they say stories flag money that and this. Next while u take photo they as 50Rs as clerk fee. and the person who conducts the test does not allow u to wwrite the test he himself does it and gets 50Rs as clerk fee. If you ask questions then the process get delayed siting silly reason. No time to come another day so I had to pay it.
