The broker said it will cost 0.5% of the registered value to ensure smooth transaction at the registrars office. I was even informed this is half of what it used to be colleced during another party's tenure at the helm.

There was no receipt whatsoever for this transaction. According to the broker this is paid through the whole ********** that is required to register a sale/purchase transaction.
