We were travelling through Chandigarh for sightseeing. My friend in passenger seat was not wearing seatbelt. The traffic cop pulled us over. He threatened us with confiscating the Drivers License after hearing that we were tourists. He said he can collect the fine then and there. He collected 300, gave no reciept and went off. I think this went straight to his pocket.
