When I went to ********** Bhavan for registering Sale Deed for the Pre-Owned House bought by me, I had to shell out Rs. 5000 to the sub-register.
TMore shocking was how the system works. The person your hire for getting the paperwork (stamp paper, typing etc.) will automatically add the pre-fixed "Register Saab's FEE" in his package and things probably change hands at end of the day...Wonderful *******
