Doomed with bike of other state

I got a bike from my native. The registration of of some other state. I was returning from a friends place at 2 AM in the morning and was not drunk. I had all the documents of the bike except the No-Objection certificate which the RTO at the native will not give me easily. Hence i had to pay 300 Rs bribe. The policemen said they will have to arrest the bike and I will not get it for weeks.
