Early morning bribe

My friends and myself were going home from a restaurant in colaba at 2am and a police on the bike stopped my car. He asked for a license and saw pictures i had taken with friends on my camera. We did not do anything wrong, no drinking, no breaking laws but he asked us to go to the police station. when i asked him why, he said that there is a girl in the car and i have a camera with me. When i explained him she is my friend and we went out to take pictures..he was like "yeh sab allowed nahi hain"..what did i do wrong? i dont know...He asked for "chai pani" and i had to pay him Rs.200 for no reason?
THIS NEEDS IMMEDIATE *******
