This happens every time, and every where in country. I was coming from doctor's clinic, and roads were being monitored by lots of police men as on 28 aug, our beloved president of india was coming. Some police hawaldaar and their office met at Madhapur chawki's circle and started stopping bikers and started checking my papers. I had all papers except explicit NOC yet my RC says differnt. Hawaldaar took 100 bucks and told if officer would had stopped me, i would have taken 400. He smiled, said thanks, and gave me some un-necessary directions.
