When I was 15, I had to made a character cirtificate authorized by D.M. So I applied for this in DM's office. After few days two Police Personals(Local Intelligence Unit) came to my house and asked some of the questions about me and my family. Then they asked me for Rs 200 as processing fees.As I was unaware about that so I paid Rs 200 to them. After waiting for 15-20 days,I was reached to Police Office and asked about my case.At that time a new police personal was there.He again asked me to pay Rs 200 for fastly processing my case.I told him that I already paid the processing fees.Buy he was not agree with me. At the end I paid Rs 200 to him. So by this I became eligible to had my character cirtificate.And this was my first intro with bribe.
