I had applied for map approval for my nursing home in Allahabad development authority 3 years back,for 2 years nothing was done, till I accepted to pay bribe for map sanctioning. Junior engineer shri gauri shankar asked me to pay 1 lac in advance then additional Secretary Shri Guda kesh Sharma took 1 lac for inspection, then again gauri shankar took 1 lac for file signing. And now he is asking for additional 3lacs for issuing demand note
