I don't know whether it is a bribe or not, but anyhow let me explain my story, you guys say whether it is bribe or not.

I live in second floor of an appartment in Chennai. Gas delivery boy delivered gas and asked for money, actual cost of Gas in Chennai RS 393.55,so I gave him RS 400(Extra of RS 6.45)but he asked me for more for another 5 RS. I asked him why ? he replied it for delivering it to second floor of appartment and rest of them in my appartment pays him same. So, I paid him RS 405(Extra of RS 11.45. Should we consider this as a bribe or consider this as a humanity ?
