MY plan didn't get approved until i was giving bribe. I got frustrated by the way municipal employees are working. They were very lazy even after getting bribe. They are thinking its their duty to collect bribe.

I am willing to take big initiative against bribe. I wish ********** Hazare for his big initiative.
