To get my driving license done.

Its not easy to get the driving license from this department. I got a agent outside and he said only he can do this for me otherwise i can not get a license from there. Though i tried but no where i could find the reception to help me. Now, i paid the bribe and this agent said he will fix everything and i won't need to go to any driving test for this and he will sent my license on my address.
