To get a name change on electricity bill, you need to pay bribe

• New Connection for Houses
• Paid INR 2,000

As a new owner of the property we went to electricity supply dept for gttng name changed on the bill. on our first visit we were asked to pay rs.3000 for the same when it should cost us nothing. we treid to do it with out paying bribe couldnt all in vain. on our next visit the official person negotiated and asked for Rs. 2000. we were helpless and paid bribe!!
really feeling miserable!!
