I had lost my bike . so had to report it to the police station. they filed and FIR and then one of the cops asked me to buy him a quarter to advance further in the case. i refused and finally after making me wait for 5 months and after paying a total of around 1000 bucks my case advanced to the next level. wher i paid a bribe of rs 1000 to the RTO office to cancel my license plate.
