To get Tatkal Passport - Pay Tatkal Bribe

I had a harrowing time trying to get a tatkal passport. The most insulting part was that I had to pay a bribe to stand in the queue to enter the Passport Office (Rs.1000/- to the so called Passport Agent. We had the Police openly allowing people who had paid to get in)
The second was that the Passport was not moving & the Tatkal duration had expired. Again I find a Passport agent who tells me that he will push the passport thru and get it home only I
was willing to part with Rs.2000/-

So to get the TATKAL passport - I had to pay Rs.3000 tatkal..
