Getting 2yrs back refund

To get my hard earned 2yrs back refund , incometax offficer took Rs.3000/- as bribe. All the documents were available online, but Income tax department says my form26 AS was not uploaded. I amable to see those documents online either from office or home PCs. Even after taken bribe, I need go to affice weekly once for about 3 weeks to get the refund
