For newly constructed house you need to get the tax book. The procedure is after construction the government officers need to come do the survey of building and mark the area and provide the tax book. The lady came to our house was demanding 20k. It seems there are 5 person at the office and it has to be shared equally. Without the bribe they were saying they wont approve the tax book. What has become of this country. It has gone to dogs. I can cuss them thats all i can do.
