Hi i had recently lost my educational certificates, i was asked to file an affidavit with a lawyer who charged me Rs.400 for Rs.50 work after i was done with it i had to produce the same to a police and get a SEAL and SIGNATURE in a sheet of paper with a narration of the incident (how i lost my certificates). I produced the Affidavit and a hand-written letter for the authority of police to sign. To my shock the first question was to pay up Rs.500 to get the work done, well i had to literally
plead and agreed for Rs.200 finally to get the work done.
