Had to pay bribe for each Driving Licence applications

- Duplicate Driving License

Officers in the transport department is taking bribe for each application. I have submitted my application on 20th Jan 2018 in Transport Department. Officer have charged me 570 Rs as driving licence renewal fee using my credit card however they have given me a receipt of only 550.
When I asked about the receipt of remaining 20 Rs, they said it is deducted by bank for GST but didn't gave me any GST receipt.
In fact, for each application and in each counter, officers are not doing a single work without any extra charges and bribe.
