Harassment for money at Labour dept.

It is very difficult to get any work from labor department specially located at Diary circle. Inspectors,Asst. Lab our commissioners they talk as if they are doing great job but they are directly demanding cash without any hesitation. They even call directly threaten to prosecute for no reason if money is not paid.This is the worst system since 2-3 years i have ever seen in karnataka.
