I was going to my office at 2:30 from JP nagar Bangalore to Marathahalli where my office located. I was asked to pay 300Rs fine saying I dont have NOC for my kerala registration vehicle. I said I will pay the fine or make the payment at the court. however he wanted to seize my bike in the middle of night.

i dont know the name of police. I have his number as I paid him through paytm 7019301451
