Yes, the usual story goes like this... the cops caught me for not wearing the helmet and charged me 100. The unusual thing here is, i had only 50 bucks with me that day. i had to pay him that which is obvious. that sane cop asked me whether i had at least a food coupon like sodexo for the rest 50. Pathetic Indian police dept.
