To get my birth certificate i paid bride to RDO,clerks and so many people in that office.They will ask the money simply by saying we have to post your request letter to other higher authority,for that we need money.Also they will tell like "GOVERNMENT WONT PROVIDE MONEY TO SEND POSTS,etc".Likewise i paid more than Rs.10,000/- as a bribe.
