I had to pay bribe for marriage certificate.

My passport validity has expired and I required to re-issue it but they asked me to provide marriage certificate to re-issue passport. I rushed to Registrar office at machilipatnam (AP) with all required documents like wedding invitations of both ends, address proof, id proof, lawyer affidavit, ********** of birth certificate, kalyana mandapam receipt and passport size photoes. But still they asked me to pay around 1500 rupees..as i was in hurry, i did not have any other go..paid. I felt sorry to myself.
