I paid bribe because no option left with me. (TT- Jitendra or jitender on Gwalior railway st.)

I asked in TT office, that i had general ticket and need tickets to be confirmed for traveling if there is any seat left. TT Showed me some gesture for bribe. Then he said there are seat if you are ready to give me extra money apart from the ticket (that will be without any receipt). I asked him sir we have a girl with us and we are students please allow us without bribe if possible. He said no chance without extra money i have to give share to others as well. Then, we paid his extra 200 + 300 hundred rupee (receipt).
And He was doing the same with everyone, whoever asked him for the seat reservation.
