I paid bribe to dsp for verification

I applied licence for loading licence in rly siding to deputy director of mines they received my licence form and send my file for verification to sp office . the file received by dsp DIB .he demand 20000 fro verification but i get with my self only 10000 and i give it to him.after getting bribe he get verification from local police station .but since 2 month go he didnot send verification report to ddm office he demand more .
