I paid a bribe for my land which i buy before one year

I buy land for making home before one year on my father name and after one year i started to make boundry of my land.the neghbour of the land make a fraud case to stop work and after police came to us and stop the work and asked the money 5000 rupees i paid that after they allow to make boundry.Then police forwarded the case to diwani court and now we are facing much problem due to wrong police report.Now i can't belive police never.
