I paid Rs.1300/- for TRUE Marriage registration

I had to pay Rs.1300/- to a broker to get the Marriage registration, out of which Rs.200/- is for broker and the rest for the officers inside. Those idiots (Officers) will not approve the marriage if went alone. If we show a marriage invitation then he will say it was printed only one copy for him. stupid, he will approve immediately if bribed.
